I don't hate going to the dentist like most people. I honestly don't. I have a high tolerance for pain. I just ask to be numbed to the gills and then I'm fine. I have a genuine distaste for having to open my mouth that wide (something about stretching the skin on my face feels wrong), but whaddaya gonna do about that when you're at the dentist?

I remember the first time I came to LA when I was around 12. I was fascinated by all that seemed to be going on. Constant hustle and bustle. Everyone seemed to have such important lives, racing here and there frantically taking care of what seemed to be dire emergencies. I soon figured out LA was not really where I belonged as a human being. I mean, of course there are wonderful opportunities there for artists, but I'm talking about a lifestyle here.
Cut to the present all these years later....

Two nights ago I sat for two and a half hours pouring my heart out...slaving over a hot PC to share my innermost thoughts and feelings with you. I talked about how things happen for a reason and how the universe has been asking me over and over through various people and things what it is I want out of life. So I sat down and really thought about it. I wrote a lengthy journal entry here just for you...
