The surest way to remain authentic is to keep moving...to travel. When I stay in one place too long I can feel society creeping into my being.

A Sustainable Life take deux |

Two nights ago I sat for two and a half hours pouring my heart out...slaving over a hot PC to share my innermost thoughts and feelings with you. I talked about how things happen for a reason and how the universe has been asking me over and over through various people and things what it is I want out of life. So I sat down and really thought about it. I wrote a lengthy journal entry here just for you...
I spoke of my desire to have a sustainable house in the countryside of
France , I went into great detail about what I'm looking for in both personal and professional relationships. I laid out ideas for transforming the music industry and gave very specific opinions on where I feel we're headed and what I think we need to do. I even described what will be in my garden down to the very last flower, fruit and vegetable.
And then....my computer crashed, leaving me with nothing but the memory of my words.
Over dinner at Dan Tana's last night, my friend Mike and I decided that it was the exercise I probably needed, but not necessarily one I needed to share with others.
So there you have it...or not.
What is it you want out of life? Give it to me ...
